Foreman Paving

Our Client has been repairing, restoring, protecting, maintaining, and strengthening concrete structures for over 40 years and has grown rapidly over the past several years.

They are looking for a Paving - Foreman to join our quickly growing team. This candidate will be a hard worker, dynamic leader and quickly able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within their company.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the superintendent in bridge deck overlays and other Scopes related to bridge maintenance.
• You will assist in coordination that directs all subcontractors and vendor deliveries to ensure timelines and efficient placements on site.
• Who will assist in assigning crew members daily tasks and setting goals.
• You will be able to think quickly to fix on-site issues and aid in creating recovery plans for project delays or challenges.
• You will help document daily work throughout the duration of the project.
• You will work well within the team environment.
• You will maintain constant and regular attendance.
• You will clean and maintain equipment including maintenance and operations of various power tools involved in concrete.
• You will have the ability to shovel break and handle other small tools.

Requirements :

• Previous experiences of Paving as a Foreman or above.
• Knowledge and experience of concrete Paving
• The ability to travel up to 100% of the time regionally.
• Safety First mentality
• The ability to lead and mentor everyone on the job site as to Truesdale standards.
• A developed listening skill set and the ability to build relationships with the crew.
• A general knowledge of scheduling work activities and how they relate to other trades and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of General duties associated with concrete repair concrete restoration or concrete patching.
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
